Dr. Jennifer R. Klemp, PhD, MPH – Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Jennifer R. Klemp is responsible for the vision and overall leadership of Cancer Survivorship Training (CST).  Dr. Klemp ensures the eLearning solutions CST creates address the needs of healthcare professionals aimed at improving the lives of cancer patients.  In particular, Dr. Klemp oversees CST’s course content and facilitates relationships with the oncology care community, healthcare training programs, and professional organizations. Dr. Klemp also ensures CST maintains its thought leadership in the space.


Dr. Klemp’s experience as an Assistant Professor within the Department of Medicine, Division of Clinical Oncology, and as the  Director of Cancer Survivorship Center at the University of Kansas Cancer Center in Kansas City, Kansas has helped shape her vision for CST.  Dr. Klemp was recently asked to serve on the National Cancer Survivorship Resource Center’s Quality of Life:  Survivorship Programs & Navigation Workgroup.  She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the Southwest Oncology Group (SWOG).  And Dr. Klemp recently received the honor as being chosen as one of four individuals from across the country for a SWOG investigators training program. 


Dr. Klemp has worked in the field of breast cancer prevention and survivorship since 1996.  She has a clinical research interest in understanding breast cancer risk and cancer genetics, lifestyle modification targeting cancer risk reduction and improving quality of life, and the delivery of cancer survivorship care.  Dr. Klemp earned her Master’s in Public Health at the University of Kansas Medical Center, a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the University of Kansas, and completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology- Health Specialty, from the University of Kansas.  Her dissertation work was entitled “Evaluating the effects of chemotherapy on cognitive function and quality of life in pre-menopausal women with breast cancer.”Dr. Klemp completed her Internship at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, IL, in the Department of Behavioral Sciences.  She has published and presented work with a focus on cancer genetics, alternatives to screening in high-risk women, compliance with a mobile mammography and educational intervention, shared decision-making regarding options to manage breast cancer risk, and the development of a breast cancer survivorship program. 


Rob Bykowski – Chief Operating Officer

Rob Bykowski is responsible for the organizational performance of CST.  Mr. Bykowski’s focus on sales, marketing, customer satisfaction and operations will ensure quality client engagements and profitable growth for the company. 


Mr. Bykowski is passionate about helping companies grow and improve operations.  For more than 15-years, Mr. Bykowski has been involved in sales, marketing, business development and operations management.  Past roles include entrepreneurial divisions within Sprint and Motorola as well as VC-funded, start-up companies including Winphoria Networks and Veveo.  Responsibilities included regional, national and international territories.  And, Mr. Bykowski’s work has spanned industries such as consumer technologies, business solutions, networks, TV, search, IT security and others. 


Since early 2010, Mr. Bykowski has applied his experiences by running .decimal marketing – a strategy consulting firm focused on technology companies.  This has enabled Mr. Bykowski to work with a variety of new products and situations as well as a multitude of people in different entrepreneurial stages of growth. 


William J. Brunkhardt – Chief Technology Strategist

William J. Brunkhardt is responsible for the technology vision and implementation strategy for CST.  Mr. Brunkhardt oversees CST’s robust infrastructure that surpasses the needs of clients and organizations that rely on CST’s eLearning tools. Mr. Brunkhardt’s vast cyber-security experience ensures that CST’s systems and data are kept secure. 


Mr. Brunkhardt is a nationally recognized subject matter expert in the fields of cyber-security, information technology and wireless communications. Mr. Brunkhardt is the founder of Global Messaging Solutions, Inc. and Cyber Sciences Corporation. Mr. Brunkhardt currently serves on the board of several companies and organizations, including the Kansas City Terrorism Early Warning Interagency Analysis Center, the State of Missouri Cyber Security Working Group and the Bank of Prairie Village.  Mr. Brunkhardt is a trusted advisor to the Department of Homeland Security, serves as the FEMA Region VII Private Sector Representative, serves as an Intelligence Liaison Officer for the KCTEW Fusion Center and Chair of the State of Missouri Cyber Emergency Response Team.  Mr. Brunkhardt is an active member of many organizations including Vistage and Business Executives for National Security (BENS).


Mr. Brunkhardt resides in Kansas City and is a graduate of Pepperdine University.
